Mission

My mission is to empower you to grow and flourish, free from pain, allowing you to engage in the activities you love without the burden of discomfort.

I will concentrate on identifying the root cause of your pain and offer the necessary interventions to help you and your body move optimally.

When it comes to muscle, bone, ligament and tendon issues, a physical therapist should be your first line of defense. My mission is to keep you out of the medical system, reduce your reliance on pain and anti-inflammatory medications, and avoid unnecessary injections and  imaging, ultimately saving you time and money.

By performing a comprehensive interview and assessment that will lead to the source of your pain.

CALM THE FLAMES

​Using manual therapy techniques like soft tissue mobilization/massage, myofascial decompression (a.k.a cupping), IASTM, and joint manipulation/mobilization, combined with targeted exercises to address the painful tissues.

EVOLVE

After your painful symptoms calm down, we build strength, power, endurance and resiliency to those tissues to be sure that pain never returns and re-injury is less likely.
